Afro-Urban Trajectories

Inclusions/exclusions in Montréal's urban agriculture

This partnership between the Conseil du système alimentaire montréalais (CSAM) and INRS researchers aims to deepen understanding of the dynamics of urban agriculture (UA) within Montreal's Black, Afro-descendant communities. By focusing on crucial aspects such as food insecurity, governance, participation and spatial justice, the goal is to directly influence food policy in Montreal by taking into account the specific needs and aspirations of these communities.
